Dr. Ryan Lebster, Founder

RediDental Emergency Dental Care was founded by Dr. Ryan Lebster in 2007 in Holland, Michigan.

Dr. Lebster is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Prior to Dental School, Dr. Lebster earned his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Engineering. He worked as an engineer in the Detroit area for six years.

Dr. Lebster also practices dentistry at his full service dental office, Lakeshore Dentistry & Implant Center. They focus on cosmetic, prosthodontic, and implant dentistry, but also treat children and provide oral hygiene services. Cassie, Dental Assistant

Cassie is the Lead Dental Assistant at RediDental.

She is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College's Dental Assisting program and is a Registered Dental Assistant. Cassie joined RediDental in June of 2008 and has helped develop many of the systems we employ today.

Cassie enjoys time with her friends and family, and all of the outdoor activities West Michigan offers; Skiing, boating, tubing and snow skiing as well.

Dr. Scott Snyder

Scott A. Snyder D.D.S.
Dr. Snyder is one of our part-time dentists at RediDental. He graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He continued his education at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.

Dr. Snyder also practices dentistry with his father in Byron Center at Snyder Family Dentistry where comprehenisve care is provided for their patients. He is a member of the West Michigan Dental Society, Michigan Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

In his free time, Dr. Snyder and his wife enjoy golfing, watching Michigan football games, being active in their church and spending time with their puppy.

Kristin, Dental Assistant

Kristin is a part-time dental assistant at RediDental. She also works full time at Lakeshore Dentistry with Dr. Lebster.

Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and summer activities in West Michigan.

Alisha, Dental Assistant

Alisha is a part-time dental assistant at RediDental. She has worked full-time with Dr. Lebster at Lakeshore Dentistry for over 7 years.

Alisha enjoys summertime Lake Michigan activities including boating and skiing with family and friends.

Dr. Ben Zarzecki

Dr. Zarzecki has worked in a private practice setting for over three years in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and Holland. He was born and raised in West Michigan and is happy to return home again to work and live. In his spare time he enjoys time with his growing family, skiing, golfing and volunteering.

Dr. Zarzecki is a 2003 graduate of Marquette University and recieved his dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
