RediDental Emergency Dental Care was founded by Dr. Ryan Lebster in 2007 in Holland, Michigan. Dr. Lebster is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Prior to Dental School, Dr. Lebster earned his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Engineering. He worked as an engineer in the Detroit area for six years. Dr. Lebster also practices dentistry at his full service dental office, Lakeshore Dentistry & Implant Center. They focus on cosmetic, prosthodontic, and implant dentistry, but also treat children and provide oral hygiene services. Dr. Pipesh is the full-time dentist at RediDental. He is a graduate of Albion College and the Indiana University School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Pipesh moved to Holland to join Dr. Lebster in opening RediDental in June of 2008. He most enjoys serving his community and providing immediate dental care for those in pain. Over the past two years, he has honed his emergency dental diagnosis and treatment skills. Dr. Pipesh is a member of the Holland/Zeeland Dental Society, West Michigan District Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Cassie is the Lead Dental Assistant at RediDental.
She is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College's Dental Assisting program and is a Registered Dental Assistant.
Cassie joined RediDental in June of 2008 and has helped develop many of the systems we employ today. Cassie enjoys time with her friends and family, and all of the outdoor activities West Michigan
offers; Skiing, boating, tubing and snow skiing as well.
Kimberly Timmer is the Operations Manager for RediDental. She has over 15 years of dental office management experience working with Dr. Lebster at Lakeshore Dentistry. Kim is an expert at customer service and has made that the focus of RediDental. Over the years, Kim has received many letters (and baked goods) from patients thanking her for helping them finance treatment, work with their insurance, or for just helping them with their anxiety of visiting the dental office. Ashley is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has been with RediDental since we opened and has helped to develop our patient care systems. She is committed to delivering the best experience possible by striving for short waiting times, efficient treatment, and assistance with financing care. She will always greet you with a compassionate smile and empathy for your dental needs. Ashley received her Bachelors degree from Grand Valley State University in Communications; specifically Advertising and Public Relations. Her interests include camping, recreation in Grand Haven and reading.
Kristin is a part-time dental assistant at RediDental. She also works full time at Lakeshore Dentistry with Dr. Lebster. Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and summer activities in West Michigan.
Alisha is a part-time dental assistant at RediDental. She has worked full-time with Dr. Lebster at Lakeshore Dentistry for over 7 years. Alisha enjoys summertime Lake Michigan activities including boating and skiing with family and friends. |
