Dental Insurance
We participate in-network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. We also accept
virtually all other major dental insurance plans in our office as long as we can verify coverage is active on the date of
service. Upon validation of your benefits, we will estimate the copayment for your proposed treatment.
Care Credit
This payment plan option is available through
a short application process. If you are approved for the credit, we will not require payment from you at the time of service.
You can simply make monthly, no interest payments. If you would like to apply for CareCredit here in our office, please bring
a valid picture ID. Otherwise, you can apply at home by going to www.carecredit.com.

Medicaid
The State of Michigan has recently reinstated udult Medicaid
benefits. Although we are not accepting Medicaid at this time, we are considering this for the future.
We've worked hard to establish an efficient
approach to the diagnosis and treatment of dental emergencies. This keeps the cost for our services as low
as possible.
